• Site access and installation environment.
• Availability of products from our inventory.
• Technical & Labor Requirements.

Orders, Payments, & Installation

All orders placed with Motorized Curtain shall be confirmed before any installation. The client will make timely payment as per the agreement to prevent service delivery delays.

The client should be sure that the place where the curtains are going to be installed is safe and ready for installation. Some charges can be pending due to non-compliance with the following: Inaccurate measurements, restricted access, project alterations, and unusual site conditions.

Liability Limitations

Motorized Curtain is not responsible for any damages caused due to project delays, third parties, improper use of the product or service, electrical problems, external conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any liability incurred will be limited to the cost of the product purchased or used by the customer.
